MANUFACTURING PROCESS

A controlled tree felling enables us to select the appropiate raw materials.

With a careful selection, we set aside the 1st quality wood for the manufacture of doors and use lower quality wood to elaborate pallets and packaging boxes.

Just after the wood is sawn, the boards are totally submerged in a hydrosoluble protector to prevent fungi and blueish stains.

The wood is dried and treated maintaining an optimum level of humidity to ensure minimum size alterations.

The final assembly of the door is carried out manually following the traditional way that Mariano Sanguino has been applying for almost a century.
